Congregational Meeting February 24th

Our quarterly Congregational Meeting will be held at noon on Sunday, February 24th in the sanctuary or fellowship hall (wherever we have services that day). This will be a time to make some important decisions for the upcoming year. We will discuss and approve a final budget, reflecting any adjustments needed as a result of final canvass amounts and other changed predictions in income. We also will be discussing and deciding on our top priorities in order to provide direction for church renovations and rebuilding over the next several years. To prepare for this important decision, we invite everyone to share your ideas for the building. There is a poster board and colored "stickies" in the back of the sanctuary. We will also hold a discussion and tour of the church building on Sunday January 27th after coffee, and welcome suggestions for other ways to insure sufficient discussions before this comes to a Congregational vote.
