THIS HYMNAL,
STILL WET WITH THE WATERS PUSHED INTO OUR BUILDING BY HURRICANE KATRINA, GREETED US AS WE ENTERED THE CHURCH TO RECLAIM OUR HOME.
I will be at First Church tomorrow morning, Saturday, August 30, from
10 AM to 12 noon. Please join me so that we can secure the church in
preparation for the oncoming bad weather.
Computers, electrical equipment, hymnals and items I have not even
thought of can be put in higher places so that if there is flooding
these items would not be destroyed.
